As the Principle Designer, I was responsible for all creative aspects of the business including branding, pre-sales & marketing materials, the website, as well as, the initial concepts of the “drop-down” and “Skout blocks” experience.

An evolution of the SDL Social Monitoring product, the Customer Experience Framework distilled millions of messages occurring across social media channels to provided predictive analysis related to Product Commitment, Brand Commitment and Customer Relevancy. These conceptual designs depict several versions of product development.
A project targeting those able to deduct mileage for tax purposes, Milelogr utilizes calendar information to track miles traveled and a calculated estimated deduction.
A project inspired by a personal interest to learn more about wine, the people who make it and those who grow the grapes. The mission, “helping wine lovers discover a new favorite, or two”. As part of the effort, I design/develop a working mobile application prototype and a website featuring interviews with local wine makers.
Focused on helping companies reduce costs associated with software licensing and hardware infrastructure, I engaged with Ratify to help identify key user scenarios, interactions and initial user interface concepts.
Initial concept screenshots that were used to guide the development of the Prioritiz prototype giving users the ability to see emails sorted by priority level, a contact-level page and an email showing pivot points.
